‘Made to fit’
All items in the shop can be 'made to fit' as they are made once an order is placed.
A maximum of 3 width or length measurements may be changed.
For example, if you have a larger bust and smaller hips and you wish to have a bodysuit fit you, please state the around body measurements when ordering. Or if you are taller in the body please state by how many inches.
This must be stated in notes added when you order or emailed within 24hrs referencing your order number to queenatomuk@gmail.com
Ordering infomation
Please note that once payment has gone through please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be completed. If it is busy period we will include a note on your order to let you know.
Orders are up to 4 weeks and can be anything from 1 week to 4 weeks. However if you need an item sooner please do check in with us.
Rush orders can be made for a 20% surcharge.
Your order will processed 24hrs after payment has cleared.
Returns policy
As all the items on our site are made to order items cannot be refunded. This means as an order is placed they are made by hand to the size requested.
However, exchanges can be made on some items.
Thongs and panties are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Please note there can be no exchanges on ‘made to fit’ items due to changing the pattern so please ensure you give correct measurements. If you are unsure of sizing do feel free to contact us via email queenatomuk@gmail.com

Queen Atom accepts no responsibility for incorrect fit of a garment. The sizing must be checked by referencing our sizing chart or accurately measuring if ‘made to fit’ piece.
Exchange postage is the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent by signed for delivery and is at the buyers own risk should it get lost/damaged in the post.

Shipping
All items are sent via a Parcel app and maybe sent either by Royal Mail special delivery or a maximum of 48hr courier service for a flat fee of £10.
Worldwide orders will be sent via courier with a declaration of what it inside. Any customs fee’s are the responsibility buyer according to your countries custom charges.
The flat fee for worldwide orders is £20.
Items are sent in plain packaging in order to be discreet and will be enclosed in a box to keep them safe.
Orders over £500 will be posted free of charge.
Please allow the making time of up to 4 weeks of your order before calculating shipping time.

LATEX CARE
Latex is a gorgeous material but it does come with some rules to give it its wonderful shine and to last you for years!
DOs
Give your latex love and put it on as if you would a silk stocking, gripping with you fingers and smoothing as you go.
Keep your latex stored in a room temperature dark drawer or wardrobe preferably in a dust bag or dark colored garment bag.
Shine your latex with a silicone based lubricant or dressing aid such as BeGloss, Pjur or Vivishine.
Wash your latex in warm water with a small about of washing up liquid in.
Ensure your drip-dry it on both sides and wipe all metal parts down with a lint-free cloth.
Talc lightly your washed and dried garment in order to keep it from sticking to itself.
DONT’s
Keep latex away from sharp objects or jewelry and be especially careful as to not put fingernails through the garment.
Expose latex to extreme temperatures or store in cold or on a radiator to dry.
Keep latex out of sunlight and UV rays as it discolors and destroys it over time.
keep latex away from body oils, hairsprays and detergents.
Do not wash latex in a washing machine
Do not shine latex with any oils or polishes not designed for the garments as this can cause the material to bubble or degrade.
